This equipment complements our range of IOC products including the specialist yeast and the adjuvant. As you know, getting the right proportions for riddling is crucial so it was a natural progression to take advantage of the specialist equipment available in the Champagne region. Our success in distributing IOC products and protocols over the last decade allowed us preferential access to the suppliers of this specialistequipment which includes:
- Champange Neck Freezers - from the small stand-alone unit with a capacity of over 400 bottles per hour to larger units capable of handling over 2,000 per hour, and
- TDD disgorging and dosing machines, corkers and wirers which are hand produced by a father and son enterprise. They range from the very small up to 2000 bottles per hour capability.
- Oenoconcept Gyro Pallets from single cage to duo and quadra (we recently installed 3 Quadra in Australia) With a range of programs to suit we are achieving 3 to 5 day riddling. We have also had the cages made in knock down form to reduce shipping costs.
Purchasing in Euros direct from the supplier has significant cost benefits and ongoing support in the use and care of this equipment is available in similar fashion to the support already offered by the IOC.
